Injection Defects –Packing, Cooling, Warpage 
Moldex3D is pleased to invite you to the upcoming workshop series in 2021.

This course is a continuation of the previous injection defects-filling course. After introducing the problems of filling, we will continue to discuss the problems of packing, cooling, and warpage.

In this online training, we will focus on issues related to plastic injection process in the packing, cooling, and warpage stage in order to see the deformation of plastic part after releasing plastic from mold. Defects that will be mentioned in the webinar such as sink mark, cooling efficiency from cooling channel, temperature at the end of cooling also the characteristics of warpage in both pattern and displacement. With the help of scientific tooling like Moldex3D software to analyze the result and solve these issues, you will know more about how to use the software to help study and optimize the potential issue of plastic injection part.
