ในส่วนที่ 1 ขั้นตอนก่อนการประมวลผล เราจะแบ่งปันเคล็ดลับที่มีประโยชน์มากมายในการสร้างแบบจำลองและการสร้างเมช โดยการสร้างแบบจำลองที่เหมาะสม ผู้ใช้จะได้ผลการจำลองที่เหมือนจริงมากขึ้น เพื่อช่วยระบุปัญหาการออกแบบชิ้นส่วนทั่วไปโดยยังไม่ต้องมีการสร้างแม่พิมพ์

Moldex3D Tips: Part 1 & 2 – Pre-processing & Post-processing

This summer, Moldex3D has prepared a 2-part webinar to take you through the fundamental concepts of injection molding simulation and the ABCs of Moldex3D Studio. In Part 1, the pre-processing, we will share a number of useful tricks in modeling and meshing. By building an appropriate model, the user will obtain more realistic simulation results to help identify common part design issues without having a mold.

In Part 2, the post-processing, we will demonstrate how to interpret the simulation results, including filling, packing, cooling, and warpage. You will also walk away knowing how to leverage the Moldex3D Studio tools such as the probes and the result comparison window to effectively design or modify a mold.
